Based On Component Technology, Open Process Information Systems Research And Development

Process Information System is one of the key factor of realizing Computer Integrated Manufacture System(CIMS), it plays a very important role in enterprise informatization as the bridge between Design, Manufacturing and other enterprise information system. With the driving of advanced manufacturing techniques , advanced manufacturing ideas, software techniques, network techniques, Process Information System is developed for process planning & management integrating, intelligent running, tooling etc. To resolve the questions of the old Process Information System such as the limited capability of data processing, the fixed frame and the difficulty of application development. This paper bring forward the process information architecture base on Component Object Model technology, Clarify particular the criterion of component development. Based on the architecture, the paper discuss the component split principle and component design principle, and point out the technology of realize database base on the virtual database. In this dissertation, theory and methodology of information system software development have been founded. The dissertation has important theoretical value and practical significance.
