This dissertation mainly described the development of data-sampling terminal, a device whose functions are to sample the signal of oxygen saturation and transmit the data with BLUETOOTH module in long-distance monitoring system of physiological signal. This terminal device is composed of three parts constitute, which are oxygen saturation collection, data procession and transmission.There are three segments in this paper , firstly the technical references about oxygen saturation and Bluetooth are introduced. The structure of pulse oximeter monitor with Bluetooth as transmission technique is following described. This dissertation focused on the signal process on MCU and the hardware, software design of wireless transmission based on Bluetooth.Major work described as following:(1)The analysis of measurement principal for oxygen saturation. The circuit design of oxygen sensor(2) Realization of the interface between MCU and Bluetooth module after analyzing the blurcore2-flash manufactured by CSR corp.(3) Analyzing the HCI protocol and the process of serial communication for Bluetooth module.(4) The software, based on ANSI C embedded systems development tools for Atmel AVR microcontrollers, realized the data collection processing and transmission through Bluetooth.The light modulation is the main technique in oxygenic signal collection. The complexity of circuit is reduced after pre-processing of two kind of signal in the same channel; The mixed signal emitted from photodiode is also processed to lessen the jam produced by environment light in order to pick up the signal easily. In order to simplify the development process and reduces the development cycle, the method of exterior processor is selected in the data transmission between two Bluetooth modules. In this way, the Host Controller Interface works as a bridge between the MCU and the Bluetooth module, and data is transmitted by the way of receiving and sending HCI Packet.Because of the the application of Bluetooth in oximeter monitor to make it wireless, the user can wear it in order to inspect real-time oxygen saturation freely when they work and do some other things.
