| Trenchless technology is a newly growing technology for laying all kinds of pipes, which has been used extensively in many big cities and other occasions. Using trenchless technology to lay all kinds of pipes and cables becomes the demand for the development of modern civilization, so this technology will be used rapidly and more and more extensively.With the continuous development of our country's economic construction, the expanding demand of civil construction, and the rising demand of the construction environment, the Horizontal Directional Drill is becoming widely used. But now the weight and bulk of the drive equipment of the micro directional drill are too large, it's not convenient during traffic and not efficient during work. So making the drive equipment smaller is the direction of this industry. In the next place there is little study about energy-saving of the Horizontal Directional Drill both in China and overseas. Now in our society the study of energy-saving must be an important direction of this industry too.This paper is an extending project of "Micro Horizontal Directional Drill", which is an emphasis subject of Shanghai Education Committee. First this paper studied further about the drive equipment of Micro Horizontal Directional Drill. This paper uses one pump and one controllable single stable-flow valve instead of two pumps in the drive equipment, and uses computer to control the speed of the machine, so that we can make the micromation of the drive equipment successful.In the next place, this paper studies further about the energy-saving of the drive equipment of the machine. This paper analyses the rotating resistance and the pushing resistance of the drill in the process of drilling, figures out the mathematical model, gets the relationship between the pushing speed and the pushing resistance, the rotating speed and the rotating resistance, the drawing speed and the drawing resistance, and then achieves the theory that changing the drilling resistance by means of changing the pushing speed and the rotating speed, so as to offers theory for the energy-saving research.Besides, this paper uses one pump and one controllable single stable-flow valve... |
