The Study On Tunnel Contract's Connotation

On the basis of the peculiarity and problems in tunnel engineering, the paper expatiates on the necessity and significance of tunnel engineering contract programming in tunnel project management. On the clue of changes of unforeseen ground conditions, the paper studied the selection of different project procurement models and set down the mode of distribution risks in contract. On the basis of distribution of construction risks, the paper pointed out the pricing manners of different tunnel engineering contracts.In the analysis of tunnel contract particularity, the paper pointed out the characteristic of different construction methods for tunnel construction. By research of cases we find the important fact to affect tunnel engineering contract control is the difference of ground conditions between design and construction.With the clue of the two elements, the application of project procurement model is analyzed and the principle of the selection is conformed. Then two cases'invest control under different models is compared.The distribution of contract risks is divided up four parts: geologic risk, business risk, law risk and construction management risk. From the four parts, the paper set down the risks distribution rules.On the basis of study on the distribution of contract risks, different pricing manners and methods were confirmed from the three aspects: contract cost pricing, vary cost pricing and rule of measurement.
