According to the requirement on the testing of recoil caused by weapon launching during helicopter flighting, this paper puts forward the dynamic measurement method based on the practical situation, and resolves the problem of recoil's measurement of weapon launching during helicopter's flight. It is a novel way(problem) to measurement dynamically the recoil in the flight. This paper adopts the traditional flight measurement- strain gauge method to figure out the problem ,this is a big attempt. The result illustrates that strain gauge can be used in the dynamic measurement of recoil , and the method is effective. There is a detailed introduction to the theory ,characteristic ,equipment and method of the strain gauge in this paper. The use of the disturbance preventing can eliminate some disturbances effectively during the flight test , and has some satisfied results. With the aim of high reliability and accuracy ,data of nine channels are samplinged at the same time. During the calibration, a regress-analyse method is used to get the weight of the different channel based on equational coefficient, the weight represents the sensitivity of each channel. The data during launching weapon is analyzed transiently. This paper also adopt effective methods of the weighted average and the arithmetic means to the processing of the sampling data. At last, the measurement result illustrates the effectiveness of the method. Also, after analysis to the airborne sampling system's config file and the format of PCM data streams, the software is programmed to export the data to a new config file. All parameters are exported from the PCM data streams by the software ,the effective disposal meet the requirement of the calibration and parameter analysis .
