The recoil test device is used to verify the device of the gun recoil system with continuous impact.It causes the same momentum characteristics with the case in firing,without the use of live ammunition.It is used to verify the stiffness, strength, and reliability of the gun carriage.This paper introduces the working principle of the recoil test device, and solves the initial pressure of the nitrogen of the plunger cylinder in impulse generator. Pneumatic model of impulse generator is established in normal conditions,and analysis the change of internal pressure in the plunger cylinder in the consideration of the heat factor. AMESim is used to perfect the aerodynamic simulation model.It solves the correspondence between the internal buffer ultrahigh pressure and the piston displacement.Finally, using the sample data tests the simulation model, and verifies the correctness of the dynamic model established in this paper, provides a good basis for designing the parameters of the test device.Because of the safe feature, response time,communication type between PC and PLC,communication rate,structure and so on, the program chooses PLC as the next crew. Base on the characteristics of the control logic, uses the ladder as the design method of the preparation program. Use sequential control design completed the pre-equipping impulse generator,and defines the communication control command. Finally, tests the program to verify the correctness of the program, lay the foundation for the impact test test device.
