For long-span bridges,long-space spatial structure, high-rise buildings, high-rise tower, wind load is one of control loads for structure design, beside for the many use of kinds of the light weight and high strength material and many use of glass cladding, the problem of wind load on the building structure become more serious. Because the active load criterion don't provide the wind load calculate on the complicated shape and circumjacent disturb high-rise buildings, now the primary means to determine the wind load on buildings is wind tunnel test. The dynamic pressure measure technology on the building's surface can get rather exact wind load distribution of buildings, can use in the design of buildings structure and glass cladding.This paper takes jin'ao mansion and adjacent buildings as the study object. First we put the stated reduced scale model in the atmospheric boundary layer which the tunnel simulates, applied the dynamic pressure measure technology on the building's surface to get the mean and fluctuating wind pressure coefficient, drew out the contour of pressure coefficient and analyzed its distributing law and characteristic. Designed a program which can use the mean pressure coefficient of jin'ao mansion to calculate mean wind load of the whole buildings and local floor. The integral result can apply into the practical design of construction, also can compare with the results of wind tunnel balance test to validate the veracity of this test. Although wind tunnel test is the most important means to determine the wind load of buildings, due to the highly development of compute technology and CFD recently, people pay much more attention to numerical simulation. In this paper I was in virtue of the FLUENT software, set up the geometrical model of jin'ao mansion and adjacent buildings, used Non-Equilibrium Wall Functions to deal with the problem which come from the near wall, used Realizable k-εturbulent model to simulate the steady flow around 3D high-rise buildings, we can get the distribution of mean wind pressure coefficient of the surface of jin'ao mansion and five aerodynamics components. They were compared with the data from the wind tunnel test, we found out the distance between the result of the wind tunnel test and numerical simulation in the acceptable range. It explains that numerical simulation can be an assistant mean in wind tunnel test now, can forecast the result of wind tunnel test, can guide the wind tunnel test to do better.
