Research On Civil Aeroengine Condition Based Maintenance Management

Aeroengine supplies the major motive power to the modern aircraft. Safe and reliable operation of Aeroengine is important for Safety of the modern civil aviation industry. Nowadays, airlines use CBM policy to monitor the condition of aeroengine. Through the condition monitoring, we may use and maintain engine more safely, reliably, and economically, which brings the huge society and the economic efficiency to the airline.This paper embarks from the general maintenance strategy, explains the status of CBM policy, and elaborates the basic concept and the technical system of CBM. Secondly, it introduces the monitoring technology and health management of civil aeroengine, the research of aeroengine performance analysis model. And then, according to the actual demands of the aeroengine CBM management information system is developed. And the principle and the method of data migration with data cleaning function are studied and applied in the management information system.Finally, this thesis introduces the development of aeroengine CBM management information system, explains this system database design and development, and introduces the system software function. This system software provides the very good model for CBM information management, and also provides the very good help for airline's daily engineering management.
