The Research Of The Digital And Vertical Optimeter Based On Grating And CCD

Based on the research of the development of the vertical optimeter, the paper brings forward an improved programme. Single grating and CCD can be used for increasing the precision of the system.The paper analyses the measuring principle of the vertical optimeter. Based on the analysis of the optical structure of the optimeter, the paper carries through an improved design. Firstly, the principle of the optical lever is applied to magnifying the minute dimension. Though this process, the turn of the minute dimension can be transferred to the movement of the image of the grating. So the system can gain the moire signal which has magnified the original signal hundred times. Secondely, CCD replaces the traditional phototriode and becomes the receiver. CCD has many characteristics such as high resolving power, well-proportioned pels and so on. So the moire signal can be subdivided and counted easily. After the improvement, the system is provided with the portablity and high precision.
