Reservoir plays a critical role in flood control and irrigation of arid areas, with the development of theory and methodology which for reservoir non-engineering measures, It has had some corresponding research to the Arid Area Reservoir flood control system. Although the existing system framework is completed; it mostly concentrated in the overall framework of the system, lacking the pertinence. It can't meet the needs of reservoir's flood control. The integration research of reservoir flood control system is benefit for the society and economy. The system needs many cross of subjects and new technology, using computer technology, information technology and the latest scientific technology to find new ways in order to make reservoir flood control system integrated and accurately. Considering the character of the reservoir's hydrology and flood forecasting in arid areas, in this paper, it is demonstrate that the main principles of irrigation and flood control which is more important, the Arid Area Reservoir flood forecasting activation system are integrated and developed using computer and automatic telemetry technology.1) According to the systematic function and structural design, the integrate environment of the software system was choose, and it has applied the integration technology and method of the system . It is very important that main function and the route of management and method which realize arid district reservoir flood deployment system integration are developed.2) Appling the theory and method of the information system integration, the thesis mainly focus on four part to study the deployment of The Arid Area Reservoir flood control system in arid area .The four parts are as flowing: the systematic information integration, physics integration, people integration and software function integration.3) The integrated system can be applied in other reservoirs in arid area. It can develop the paces of arid district reservoir flood deployment system integration, improve the level of the reservoir management, and improve the maintainability, portability, expansibility of the system and shorten the software development period, reduce greatly the risk of the flood.In this study, By the research of integration of flood control system of the reservoir in arid area , the system already applied for many reservoirs in Xinjiang .Examined by the real flood, the results show the forecasting accuracy is reliable, stable and satisfactory. It can improve greatly the level of flood control and irrigation management.
