The reduction of the capital cost is the major issue for all of the power plants after power system's revolution, therefore the improvement of the unit performance efficiency for power plants have to be much important consideration to face the chanllage, to achieve above goal, the first step is taken by obtaining economic index from impressing unit performance efficiency, which is based on online, percicly control the efficiency of the unit performance and power plant equipment. The judgement and ptimisation of the unit performance in the power plant have to be real-time instructed. In this case, the clear target is required to set as seeking and development a on-line software to analysis and solve the economic index for the regeneration system of power plant , therefore, the objective of this dissertation is carried out as:1.After analysising the thermal equipment of the power plant regeneration system and thermal economic index, the defint method of the thermal economic index and relation between them are concluded, further more, the partial tiny index is to be summarized and analysised.2.The general calculation method of the thermal system is extracted, a general mat- rix model is obtained after reserching, which based on the traditional calculation method, this model also ban be used for the most type of the heater, assistent equipment, the dir- ection of the water flow, auxiliary steam-water, external heat and so on, those above fac- tors can be done easily with computer.3.The SIS system and real-time database are analysised, and understand position a- nd function of this system in the SIS system, furthermore, the conection point between this system real-time database need to be known.4. The perfect design model can be divided into three part for this system, which are"unit performance-calculated-treated".
