Regenerate system is the main component of the thermal system and its runningstate directly influences the safety and economic operation of coal-fired powergenerating units. But the current power plant energy-saving work mainly is focusedon the main equipment and auxiliary equipment improvement,and was lack ofthermodynamic system of local changes on economy impact analysis of quantitativeresearch. This article is in view of the regenerate system of power plant localvariation influence on economic research and is based on the LabVIEW and Matlabsoftware to design a kind of the regenerate system for economic analysis and faultdiagnosis system. This paper carry out of the following main job:(1) Comprehensive analysised the heater parameters influence on the thermalsystem economy,and choosed the top terminal temperature difference,the drainageterminal temperature difference,the steam extraction pressure loss and the feed watertemperature as the main index parameters.What’s more according to the differentcharacteristics of heater,indepth analysis variable condition calculation of the heaterparameter standard value,got the mathematical model on the based of the oncemeasuring parameters, Calculation result is that: the end difference of maximumerror of 0.2℃,extraction steam pressure loss off the maximum error off 0.0029MPa,the boiler water temperature error of 0.44℃.(2) According to the different of the heater,this paper use equivalent enthalpy droplocal analysis method to deduce the versatility of energy loss analysis formula,and onthe typical working condition ,such as the feed-water terminal temperature differecce,thedrainage terminal temperature difference,the steam extraction pressure loss, the feed watertemperature deviates from the standard value operation,the heat loss,the leakage of the heaterfeed-water bypass and the operation without water ,this paper analysis energy loss andprediction analysis of the heater resection.(3) In the heater impacting thermodynamic system economic analysised andaccurated positioning of the energy loss. According to the result of the energy lossanalisis, This paper evaluate the heater state.If the heater was in“fault”state,usingthe fuzzy pattern recognition method to diagnosis the heater.(4) Using the software of LabVIEW design a large fire power generating unitsystem of economic analysis and falut diagnosis system.
