The core of nanometer science and technology is to decipher the structure information code of general matter at the micro—dimension level,so as to peel off,select,restructure and arrange general matter structure at molecule and/or atom levels freely.Nanometer material manufacture industry,nanometer food composition industry,nanometer computer industry,nanometer micro—machine industry and nanometer clone industry in all are the ideal roads of mankind toward being able to freely deal with,change and obtain matter information structure.General information science and technology based on the full development of nanometer science and technology will become an new scientific and technological developing pattern of mankind in the 21 th century and will also conduct an overall revolutionary reform in science and technology,politics,economics,military affairs,society,life,ideology and ethics of mankind in the 21 th century.There is extensive application prospective for AFM as a member of nanometer technology field. In this paper, the working mechanism, composition and application of AFM are illustrated. In detail, the design of scanning system and data gathering system for AFM is emphatically studied, using out-clock, CPU and anti-T-net of D/A card for getting to the intelligent control of scanning voltage low-filter and high-filter of AFM, using logarithm amplifier for tunneling current contraction. The results are very satisfactory after applied the AFM to the field of nanometer material science and nanometer biologics. Molecular configurations of glutathione,complex in which we have added glutathione and zinc, and white isinglass were emphatically studied on apply.
