Nowadays, most researches about motorcycle's dynamic characteristics only based on the multi-rigid body system, but not reviewed the motorcycle frame as the spaced flexible multi-body system; these led the result far beyond the truth, so it is significant and has the engineering values to developing the research based on rigid-flexible coupling theory. This thesis analyzed the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic theory and the fix interface dynamic substructure method of the mechanical Muti-body Dynamic Analysis software——ADAMS, and studied the general approaches to solve the rigid-flexible coupling dynamic problems; It established the motorcycle system's three dimensional solid model by the Pro/E, viewed the frame as flexible body, and used the software——ANSYS to built the flexible frame, then it defined the kinematics'relationship between the parts and built the motorcycle's man-machine rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model; it also used the software ADAMS to research on motorcycle's man-machine rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model, as well as simulated and analyzed the motorcycle's acceleration performance, braking process and steering process; It researched the ride comfort on two different roads of national road level B and the lug boss road, and then optimization the ride comfort by changing the stiffness of front and rear suspension. The research's conclusion has meaningful guidance to the whole motorcycle's development and the dynamic characteristics optimization.
