With the social economic development and improvement of national standard of living, safe problem of drinking water quality has been increasingly given great attention. Since some by-products are found when drinking water is disinfected by adding chlorine, claim of reducing even remove these by-products has been stood out and become urgent. Experts in and abroad have carried deep researches and explorations in order to find new effective disinfector, improved water-purified technology and develop removing system of disinfecting by-products and achieve some effect. However, most of them neglected the research on the flow pipes system which is the key tache of drinking water transportation .
