Development And Research Of Panshitou Reservoir In Henan Province Flood-dispatching System

This paper study flood scheduling system of panshitou reservoir, which base on the real-time automatic subsystem of hydrologic data collection and transmission and the real-time flood forecasting system of Panshitou reservoir. We study scheduling model and exploit relevant software, and in the end perfect all automatism system.And offer a few of ways for scheduling system of panshitou reservoir and realize the optimized scheduling.Applying the progressive optimality algorithm arithmetic and dynamic programming arithmetic for panshitou reservoir, and realizing optimize scheduling. Based on Sqlserver2000 date-base, we exploit computer system of flood scheduling, it is easy to control for general operator.The main content and achievement of the paper are as follows:(1)According to the aim and demand of reservoir flood scheduling, analyzing and counting material of panshitou reservoir, such as design flood data, real-time flood data, reservoir information, characteristic lines and so on.
