Under the influence of repeated traffic loading during high temperature season, the excessive permanent deformation or rutting may be caused easily. And this is one of the typical symptoms of asphalt pavement damage.This paper analyzed the high temperature performance of Kelamayi AH70#, AH90#, SBS modified asphalt and their aged remains by experiments. And found the appropriate indicator for high temperature performance of aged asphalt. The Grade AC-13 was selected. The high temperature mechanics and steady performance were analyzed by Marshal Tests and rutting tests. This paper investigated the effects of age on the high performance of the hot mixed asphalt. Through rutting tests and immerse rutting tests at different temperatures and loads, the paper analyzes the influences of severe climatic conditions and traffic conditions on permanent deformation of hot mixed asphalt(HMA). At the same time, the coupling effects of high-temperature and water on permanent deformation of asphalt mixes were investigated.Through the investigation on the high temperature properties and performance of asphalt and the HMA, the paper analyzed the effects of asphalt on the performance of the HMA. And the paper investigated the correlativities of different indicators to the high temperature performances of the HMA. Then found better indexes: G_v(t) and ZSV, whichconnected the high temperature of the HMA felicitously. And found that age could improve the high temperature performance of HMA and that high temperature, heavy load and water had bad effects on the performance of HMA.
