With the development of National Economy and the requirement of national defence technology, the conformation of mechanism becomes more and more complex. Furthermore, the large-scale mechanism and the high -speed running status also make the kinetic character in great complexity. These make it of great inmportance to analyze, design and optimize the kinetic character of complex mechanism based of Dynamics of multibody systems Theory. Also, Dynamics of multibody systems is related to continuous medium mechanics, classical dynamics, structural dynamics, finite elements method IT, compulated mathmatics and modern control theory and it is of important signality academically. Dynamics of multibody systems drives the development and intercrossment of many interrelated discipline. Dynamics of multibody systems has broad applied background and value so that it is attached broad importance as time goes by. Now it has become one of the applied mechanics developing with high speed. In this thesis, many issues around the world are introduced first, including the status of Dynamics of multibody systems' research and the problem existing in the analysis software of Dynamics of multibody systems. Later, the modeling methods of Dynamics of multibody systems are summarized. The emphases is the full process of modeling Dynamics of multibody systems model by DELFT Finite Element method, including system topology definition, element type, construction of kinematics equation and dynamics equation, numerical solution using procedure. Based on this modeling theory and the require of software engineering, emulational software of Dynamics of multibody systems with perfect analysis function and friendly interface was exploited, which can make kinematic and dynamic analysis of multibody systems with any topologic structure. In order to validate the validity of this procedure, the results obtained by this procedure and the current multibody system software respectively were compared. The two results tally very well, so the validity of this procedure is validated...
