AS/RS is an important part of modern logistics, Railroad laneway-stacker as important equipment of AS/RS, the mechanical properties that include mechanical strength, stiffness, natural frequency and damping etc. will directly affect the Motion state and efficiency of railroad laneway-stacker. How to improve the performance of stacker has become an important research direction, and the stacker machine structure performance mainly reflected by the high speed?heavy load?vibration reduction?structure light-duty etc. In order to make the stacker at high speed, efficient operation in the process of the movement and vibration of the smaller purpose, this paper, starting from the actual requirements of one's locomotive depot AS/RS, using the ANSYS finite element software and software ADAMS of mechanical structure of the stacker intensive research, mainly completed the stacker mechanics modeling, static and modal analysis, dynamic equation derived and dynamic simulation work.Firstly, through the study of the structure of double columns stacker machine modeling and stress analysis, it is concluded that the acceleration levels, namely, relate to the changes of the mast deflection and acceleration running amplitude changes that the natural has affected the amplitude of the pillar. At the same time, it calculated natural frequency and stability calculation.Secondly, using ANSYS software, column and beam and pallet fork assembly body has been carried on the static and modal analysis, and compared with the theoretical values and the design safety manual of stacker. The design values were ensured, which concluded the corresponding optimization solution.Once again, built dynamic model of stacker basing on the general theory of multi-body dynamics, and basing on Newton's second law that horizontal and vertical dynamic equations were deduced, the stacker coupled dynamic equations which were deduced are the foundation of the following up theoretical of the coupled dynamics simulation of the stacker.Finally, using ADAMS software to build the virtual prototype of stacker, and the dynamics of stacker is simulated, the simulation research that actual work situation of the stacker and the relationship between amplitude and acceleration in the process of running, The simulation results can more intuitively reflect the actual situation of stacker work. Due to the level of running the acceleration change in size and comfort degree of two forms affecting the change amplitude of the pillar, basing on the comparison of the simulation acceleration curve, Sine acceleration curve can reduce amplitude of the stacker. Applying this method to the design of stacker, it can timely find problems, shorten the product development cycle, and improve the work efficiently.
