| In the lamp injection moulding, the process parameters influence the flow of the plastic melt and therefore the final quality of the lamp directly. So, to obtain the optimum process parameters becomes the precondition to improve the quality of plastic products. The optimization approach of the lamp injection moulding technics is studied based on the KBE (Knowledge Based Engineering) and CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) technology.Firstly, the mathematical and mechanical theory of the simulation analysis technology about the lamp injection mold and the principle of different injection mould process are introduced. And the application technology of MOLDFLOW Software for the injection mold is analyzed. The key technical parameters and their influence on the lamp plastic injection mould products are pointed out. Further more, the possible defects and related strategies in lamp injection moulding are analyzed and summarized. |
