Vibration table is a kind of standard experiment equipment which is used to provide classical vibration conditions, simulate and reappear the environment, test and evaluate the mechanical function of all kinds of engineering equipment. Usually, there are three kinds of vibration table- mechanical vibration table, hydraulic vibration table and electronic vibration table. Among them, electro-hydraulic servo vibration table is a special kind of vibration environment simulated equipment which is widely used in national defense industry, such as missiles, rockets and satellites.In the dissertation, the author analysis and makes the experiment about the electro-hydraulic servo system applied to the simulator inner gimbals. The mathematical model of motor controlling by the valves is set up. The author set up the simplified model basing on simplifying the servo valves as proportion linker. Based on the simplified model, the author analysis the relationship between the system's stability, system frequency band, the position precision and parameter. Some valuable conclusions are arrived. Based on control strategy, mixed control method is designed, which has improved the synthesis function of the system effectively.Based on the model, the decoupling design of the system by the method of nonlinear decoupling are presented and a linear model is resulted. Then, linear system theory can be used to analysis and design the system. Simulation results have proved that the method is effective to reduce the influence of decoupling on system. Through the simulation analysis, the conclusions are reached that coupling of the system is enhanced with the enhancement of frequency and width of the input signal, and frequency's influence on coupling is much more than width's influence on coupling.Due to the nonlinearity of the system, the bias between actual output of the system and the ideal response is inevitable. To make the system perfectly recur the ideal response, the input signal should be iteratively compensated.
