These days, automatic measuring system has new approach for the computers a great deal application. Improving the precision and speed of motor test, carrying motor identity testing and adopting new testing method becomes feasibility because of the technique of electron developed rapidly in latter-day. In the developing background, the paper carries through the research of the motor automatic measuring and its control system.The main content of this paper is the software and hardware researching of Permanent Magnetic Synchronous Servo Motor(PMSM). This system is designed to measure motor's three important parameters including stator coil inductance, stalling torque and back EMF. All of these test results are used as basis for product detect. According the analysis of current test methods of the three parameters, I have found that the normal test methods can not apply for automatic measurement additionally, the automatic measuring system are usually strictly kept in secrete as know-how by motor manufacturer, so the purpose of my paper is to develop a set of automatic system to measure those three methods for product detection.This paper adopts PC and muti-fuction Data Acquisition Block (DAQ) as core controlling equipments, and other sensors relays as secondary equipments. The software of the automatic testing system. is developed Using LabVIEW to develop the system's working platform and software, through ADO technique, combining SQL database and Excel digital table etc applied software to develop the printing system of data management, inquiring ,forms for reporting statistics and graph curved line.The paper first introduced the background of this project, then elaborate each parameter'test method. The testing system improved the testing precision, reduced the infection of the testing people, realized the auto computer control. On the other hand, the testing system can realize the auto manage to the testing data, draw characteristic curve automatically. The system has the characteristics of simple structure, satisfied accuracy and higher reliability.
