Study On Performance Test System Of Permanent Magnet Motor Based On Labview

In order to test the permanent magnet synchronous motor dynamic performance and anti-demagnetization capacity,the thesis has been developed permanent magnet motor integrated test system based on virtual instrument.The system to Labview software for the industrial PC platform,combined IPC and microcontroller,I/O control card and various power electronic devices can test the motor and automatic control.This thesis designs and programs the field control system of the DC generator.The experiment result of the field control system is also given.The test system can get not only the traditional record of no-load and load operation of the test and automatically generate report forms,but also all kinds of dynamic performance,such as starting torque and pull-in torque and pull-out torque, based on the real-time data analysis.The test system also can test anti-demagnetization electrical capacity through accelerated degradation.With the operation over the past one year,it shows that the system can meet the permanent magnet motor various testing requirements conveniently and efficiently.
