Infrared thermography technique is more and more attractive by the civil engineering fields. Because of it has particular advantage. But there are a lot of problem to be resolve such as what range to be use, how to use the method, precision of the result, etc. So we do some research in several aspect: l)Use infrared thermography to detecting the stress of concrete structure component. 2) Detecting of Defects in Bonding Interface between an Armor Plate and a Concrete Component by an Infrared Thermography. 3) Investigation of infrared thermography in Roofing Moisture Detection and application finite element method in infrared thermography. For the first problem we found that there are not any obvious relativity between stress and temperature of the surface of concrete structure component. And we analyze the result too.For the problem of which detecting the defects in bonding Interface between an armor plate and a concrete component. The positions, figures and sizes of the defects in bonding interface between an armor plate and a concrete component can been exactly measured. We put forward that the isotherm is most coarctation there in infrared images. For Roofing Moisture Detection, we research mainly in Monolayer Roof. Also we research and contrast with the Roof that has fiberglass. The positions of the moisture can be exactly measured. And through the actual project, further proved the feasibility of infrared thermography technology for detect building roof moisture. Last we application finite element method in infrared thermography. It offer theoretic guidance, and offer a means for farther quantitative research.
