The hydro-viscous drive clutch ,which is designed on the principle of the hydro-viscous drive and the oil-film shearing, is a stepless speed regulating device, it is installed between the electromotor and the load machine for the stepless speed regulating, it has been abroad used in energy saving field of big power fan and water pump. Nowadays, energy saving is a hot topic in the development of the society, so the development of the hydro-viscous drive clutch has a wild foreground.The development of hydro-viscous drive is accompany with the improvement and updating,. In order to improve the performance of the equipment, we should study the structure, the parts and the control system of the hydro-viscous drive clutch..Based on the structure and the theory of he HVD clutch, face to the demand of the study of the work performance of the oil-film between the clutches in the HVD clutch, my dissertation is to accomplish the design and construct the experiment system of the HVD clutch..Chapter one is the introduction of the dissertation, firstly it introduced the research background and significance of the HVD clutch, the device is abroad used in the energy saving occasion of the speed regulating of the fan and water pump, it has abroad application and development foreground; secondly it introduced the development condition of the HVD clutch in and aboard, HVD is appeared late and develops slowly, so it has a abroad market to develop; finally it introduced the content and significant of the research.Chapter two introduce the principle of the HVD clutch's performance, it's shearing of oil-film is based on the Newton Law of the internal friction, so it can transfer the rotate speed and torque. A blue print of the experimental system is set down ,via to the construction and principle of the HVD clutch. Compared to HVD device ,the experimental system has two differences: one is in order to simplify the construction ,the system has only a pare of frictional disc; another is for the restriction of the condition, we fixed the expert axis up.Chapter three to five are the design parts of the experiment system: Chapter three is mainly on the machinery part, and the most important portion is the friction disc design; Chapter four is mainly for the design of the hydraulic system of the...
