long with the healthy concept in society renewing, the chart of disease transferring, the aged society coming and medical model transforming, the medical treatment model based on hospitals must regress to that, which gives priority to prevention and centers on community medical treatment. The subminiature, intelligentized, personal and basing on network are the necessary trends of medical model transforming, but it is more important to develop the entirely new concept of medical instrumentation, which can make it truly enter families and community smoothly. The transformation is not only the huge challenge but a wonderful opportunity to the researcher to develop the medical instrumentations. Research and development of a stable and creditable tele-medical diagnosis system may quicken the medical model transformation and accelerate the community medical treatment development.Basing on above background, our team aim to design and develop a tele-medical diagnose system, and it mostly comprises tele-physiological diagnosis Instrumentation, tele-communication circumstance , doctor's operation interface and database. Basing on our team finishing the tele-communication circumstance, this project is charged with research of tele-physiological diagnosis Instrumentation, comparing the traditional medical instrumentations ,the tele-medical diagnose instrumentation mostly is used by families and individual and the users mostly are no specialists, so the instrumentation must have the following characteristic: favorable self-adaptability, precision and stability, convenient operation, well security and measurement undamaged, low cost designing etc. It is just the most important characteristic to design all of the physiological parameter measurement modules in this project.tele-medical diagnosis system Instrumentation includes four measurement...
