Research Of Automatic Licence Plate Recognition System

Along with the development of traffic and the quantitative rise of cars, the intelligent management of traffic and vehicle become more and more important, license plate automatic recognition system is an intelligent traffic management system, the system combined with automatic detection, image process, computer vision, and pattern recognition. It holds the balance in the field of intelligent traffic.The development of license plate automatic recognition system is realized in this thesis. A set of higher price hardware equipment is applied to the system. According to different parts, a suit of methods are proposed from license plate recognition algorithm, it solves the difficulties of license plate recognition system to some certain extent, and presents the experiment results.According to the work flow of system, the designs are as follows:1.
