This paper presents an engineer design program for guidance and control systembased on a project of certain model of satellite-guided bomb(SGB) and combined withthe scientific task. In this paper the mathematical simulation program and authenticationscheme are designed and written, and the hardware-in-the-loop simulation (HILS) testsystem of SGB is established. With the mathematical simulation, hardware-in-the-loopand airdrop test are completed, the results show that the performance of SGB achievethe basic requirements and has strong application value.This paper describes the components and functions of the guidance and controlsystem. Based on the characteristic of “X” aerodynamic layout of SGB, the commoncoordinate system is established. The bomb model and rudder mathematical model ofSGB are established. The performance of rudder is analyzed.Combined with the engineering practice, the trajectory scheme and control systemscheme are designed. The performance design index of stable loop is proposed. Thetechnical proposal of tri-channel stable loop of is designed. On the basis of theperformance analysis guidance loop design and performance index are proposed.This paper describes the conception and system composition of HILS, andintroduces the test content, operating principle and test method of thehardware-in-the-loop simulation of SGB. And hardware-in-the-loop simulation tests ofeach subsystem and all system are finished. The result of HILS and performance curveverify that the performance of each subsystem and full-system is satisfactory.Combined with the result of the mathematical simulation, hardware-in-the-loopand airdrop test, the guidance precision analysis and hit accuracy analysis of theguidance and control system is completed. The results show that hit accuracy and theguidance and control system performance of SGB meet the index requirement.
