With the development of society economy, the detection and evaluation of built bridge has caused great attention of highway management department in the world. In time maintaining and reinforcing.bridge is related with its safe run and will benefit the reasonable using of maintain fund, exploiting old bridge' s load-bearing potential and reducing project cost in maximum. Therefore, founding a set of feasible bridge status evaluation methods will help the bridge management department to allocate limited maintenance fund rationally and have important practical value to bridge' s maintenance and reinforce.Bridge evaluation is the process of using special information to analyze bridge' reliability and making corresponding engineering decision to make bridge keeping stated reliability. Base on current highway and culvert maintenance standard, this article determines all structure units' weight specified in the standard through AHP. When set the weight, the weight of bridge' s mainload-carrying members is increased. In addition, considering the defects condition of bridge and referencing the balance functions of variable weight' principle in published documents, all structure units' weight is adjusted according to the bridge' s evaluation value against defects condition. In fuzzy evaluation, this article founds evaluation model whose basic index is the bridge detection content. There is not only normal detection and detailed detection, but also the bridge' s dead-load and dynamic load test in the bridge detection indexes. The membership functions of stress, strain (deflection) check coefficient in dead-load text, the relative remnant stress, strain(displacement) and natural vibration frequency, damping ratio in dynamic load compared with evaluation scale are funded.
