In this paper , the development, structure and operating principle of Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) is briefly introduced , then analyze the factors of affecting vehicle braking and brake course of the motion. Forecast control technology is particularly introduced .The process of different parameters selected of the control and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. Finally choose reduce wheel speed, acceleration and slip ratio control parameters of logic threshold for control methods, as the paper design of the ABS controller control methods.Selecting SPCE061A microprocessor as the CPU of the ABS controller and its hardware circuit is designed, including power circuit, wheel speed signal processing circuits, driving circuit, and fault diagnosis circuit using Protel dxp in this paper. And has done some circuit simulation demonstrate the hardware design is reasonable and feasibility. Finally does ABS controller software design by C language and assembly language.Finally using Matlab/Simulink establish model and simulate module for design of the system. From the simulation results indicate that the system designed to meet the requirements of ABS braking, and evidence of the reasonableness and feasibility of the design. Finally made ABS controller model base on hardware circuits and hardware design of the model test results indicate the ABS controller hardware circuit reasonable and practicable, and the software of control method is correctly and effectively. This paper has great reference value and practical value for further study of ABS.
