Along with the increasingly serious traffic conditions,people are more and more concerned about the vehicle active safety performance.The anti-lock braking system(ABS)is a set of mechanical and electrical products which aims to improve the safety performance of the vehicle,which has been paid more and more important.And an important way to improve the braking performance of automobile ABS is to study its control algorithms.In this paper,based on the existing research results,a self-tuning fuzzy PID controller based on slip ratio is proposed for vehicle ABS.The simulation of the control algorithm is carried out in CarSim and Simulink.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Considering that the existing logic threshold control algorithm cannot take full advantage of the pavement attachment conditions,this paper designs a vehicle ABS controller based on slip rate.(2)Considering the advantages and disadvantages of simple PID control and fuzzy control based on slip ratio,this paper designs a parameter-based adaptive fuzzy PID controller for vehicle ABS.(3)Taking into account the single-wheel vehicle simulation model is too simple,and cannot reflect the impact of changes in shaft load.This article builds a vehicle simulation model in the vehicle dynamics simulation software CarSim and control simulation modelin Simulink.By connecting the input and output variables of CarSim and Simulink,a co-simulation isdone.Finally,the simulation results are compared with the ABS simulation results based on the logic threshold controller,which verify the effectiveness and superiority of the parameter adaptive fuzzy PID control.
