The imagining system of ultrasonic endoscope is based on the electronic endoscope and the ultrasonic probe is getting into the body and the target organ through inspect passage of electronic endoscope. Ultrasonic endoscope can not only observe the surface pathological changes, but also get the features of each layer. The ultrasonic probe must be driven by mini motor to realize sector scan. The common electromagnetic motor is hard to be miniaturization, but it is easy for ultrasonic motor. It can drive the probe directly and prolong its utility year, and it will be no electromagnetic interference. So the ultrasonic motor has a wide prospect on the similar driving system.As a new principle driver, ultrasonic motor get great development in the recent 20 years. It use ultrasonic wave as power, and pass on energy with friction, and output with rotation and displacement.
