Nowadays, the speed of urban construction is fasting and fasting, how to build a dwelling house architecture form, which is suitable for the urban development and also can improve the dwelling condition for the city dwellers, is the most important thing.Firstly, through the statistical data of the urban development, and the research for the direction of the government land policies, we know that the use of the irreproducible resource -- land resources will be increased by the increasing of the population. According to the speed and direction of construction in china, we cannot deny that there will appear such situation - few lands with a lot of people. Therefore to extend the city dwellers's living space is not avoidable. High-rise dwelling buildings become the first even the only choice to the majority city dwellers. Among these, because of the counterview to the high-rise buildings, there have a couple of research data, which proves that the high-rise buildings not only solve the problem of population density, but can create a very good environment for people.Secondly, since the foreign developed countries and Chinese high-rise architecture construction in recent years brings city dwellers some problems in dwelling psychology. In order to search for the improvement to the "high uncertainty" and "indiscrimination" dwelling condition, there emerge a traditional living style - "courtyard dwelling" to discuss the feasibility of the living style which combined the space between high-rise dwelling buildings and the "courtyard" High-rise buildings' development has last for more than one century.
