Research On Water Resources Carrying Capacity Of Min Jiang's Upper Course Area

It was known that water was central tache of huaman's and society's development. Quantity of water resources and its capacity of satisfying huaman's requirement are limited. Water resources carrying capacity is an important content of sustainable research, the research on it can offer the area scientific gist of the programming and decision-making about development of society and economy. This study principally studies the water resources carrying capacity of Min Jiang's upper course area particularly.It exists two main problems in the domestic and overseas research on water resources carrying capacity: one is that there isn't uniform and recognized definition, theory basis and study method; the other one is that the research on eco-environmental water requirement is lacking. So it doesn't embody the sustainable development principle. Therefore, this study expatiates on the conception of the water resources carrying capacity, the intention and meaning about studying water resources carrying capacity of Min Jiang's upper course area, and the content and method.
