National economy rapid development brings steep growth of electrical load. Network structure becomes more large scaled and complexed.In order to cope with the choke point of electric-power providers and consumers, and to supply abundant,high quality power to customers, and to enhance economy and reliability of distribution network, many power companies have gradually realized the importance of constructing a strong and flexible distribution network. The target of distribution network optimized-planning is to guide the construction of distribution network with scientific planning, and to obtain maximal economic benefits and society benefits, thus making economic factor and reliability factor unified.The distribution network structure optimization is to find a series of decision-making variables to get minimal value of objective function under the circumstances of all restrictions were satisfied. The objective function maybe minimal invest > minimal line loss and examine and repair cost, the reliability loss or the sum of all the three parts. The restrictions may includes power flow restriction , radiate restriction , voltage restriction etc.If taking multi-stage optimization into consideration, time factor should be taking into account when mathematic model were founded. So this problem of distribution network planning is a cosmically mixed-integer planning problem.There are many arithmetic to solve distribution network structure optimization problem which includes: linearity plan, non-linearity plan, mixed-integer plan>...
