This paper discussed park management in Beijing city and Seoul city. It is very important function to development of citizen in quality for elevate the standard of landscape architecture in Beijing city and Seoul city. Therefore it is significant that experience of the landscape architecture to understand between Beijing city and Seoul city. But It's different the Administrative Law in these two cities. There is a limit to compare of data in Beijing city and Seoul city. Therefore, that is very restricting study about range of park management. It is important that tree, lawn, flowering grass in Beijing city. But there are no contents about these in Seoul city. In park equipment statistics, Beijing city value water and ship above everything else. Seoul city has very detail and complicate. Its very detail about traveler and staff in Beijing city, But It's too simple in Seoul city. It does maintain equilibrium between incomings and outgoings in landscape architecture work of Beijing city, but Seoul city have a small income. It is complicate that function, structure, character of garden in Beijing city. But Seoul's is simple. There are many parts of park cultural life in Beijing city. But there is just a sports park in Seoul city. We don't have public utilities in park. And there is a ticket office in the park, Beijing city. But Seoul city has no.Basically, landscape architecture structure of Beijing city is the operation unit management system. Every unit has different system. But every unit has same management system in Seoul city. In the law, Beijing city management item more detail then Seoul city.
