The Study Of National Park Of China Based On Forest Management

The party’s Third Plenary Session of eighteen proposed。The new requirements that is "the establishment of national spatial development and protection system, promote the development in strict accordance with the m ain functional areas positioning, new requirements for the establishment of the national pa rk system". This has spark ed national academic circles, the relevant government departments to a heat ed discussion about the national park. The management level about forest resources as im portant part of the National Park is clos ely linked with the developm ent of National Park. Through com bing the present situation of domestic and foreign national park, identifying the basic concepts of National Park, forest management as the breakthrough point, analysing the relationship between forest management and National Park, and discussing problems existing in national park construction in China, the author tried to find out the connections and contradictions between the future development of national parks and forest management, there by make some exploration on the National Park Construction in China. Based on this evidence, the article will prov ide some reference to the establishment of the National Park system.The paper used literature s ynthesis method, statistical induc tion, system analysis, chart analysis, comparative research and analysis, synthesis, and research for the do mestic and foreign related laws and regulations, and litera ture study, the obtained data for analysis and induction, combined with work experience in practice, reveal the restriction mechanism between forest management and the national pa rk, provide enlightenment for our country to establish national park system.This study is the key problem of forest management and the connection between all kinds of natural protected area in our country. This study is expected to be in the natural resource property right system to the nation, the nati onal park system construction to provide decision-making reference.
