The construction of hydroelectric project in our country has already entered a high peak period, the project of hydroelectric station transmission system has also became an important link along with the construction of hydroelectric project. This text combines the development of the economy of Xinjiang, taking the hydroelectric exploitment of middle kaidu river as the research object, studying the hydroelectric transmission system programs this area. This passage inquiries into the present condition of the power grid, predicts the burden development of Xinjiang, analies the schemes about the develoment and susceptance of electric energy, then we can conclude that the transmission of middle kaidou river mainly with 500 kV through the comparison of the project. The paper proposes main research contents and conclusion as that:(1)We can check the Xinjiang power grid susceptance to Kaidou drainage area steps class electric power station through the electric power and electricity quantity balance calculation, meanwhile we propose the corresponding construction schedule according to each hydroelectric station's expect before work progress.(2) We can choose reasonable transmission voltage grade basis on the power grid except before program and Hydropower Station installed capacity, we design several transmission schemes, then we make a choice from the technique and economy suspects after the electricity calculation of current, stability, short circuit and the contrast analysis of the expenses estimatement.(3)we can adjust hydroelectric and electricity installed sequence basis on the hydroelectric station's outpout process of kaidu river, then according to the recommendation trasimission schemes to carry on the sensitivity analysis and judge the adaptability of the power grid.
