The Engineering Research Of Channel Concrete Mechanization Lining

Based on the phase I of Jiping Chanel Project of South-north water transfer project, the character of channel lining devices and the method to determine the parameters of these devices are discussed thoroughly in this paper. The slope lining devices and the technical difficulties involved are analyzed specially. The results are as followings:(1)Through the study of decomposition and reconstruction of the mechatronic system and the conceptual design, the power and transmission of lining devices, the treatment technology and leveling method for concrete on slopes, the scheme of lining devices is designed.(2) The frame structure of lining devices and the distribution and compacting method for concrete on slopes are studied and the abilities to solve the problems in the modification and application of large channel concrete lining devices are improved with the determination of the schemes of lining devices.(3) The method to determine the parameters of channel distributor, roller compacting forming machine and vibrating slip forming machine is discussed. Technical parameters of CDM distributor, CCFM05 forming machine and SCFM05 forming machine are given in this paper.(4) The construction technology and method of channel mechanized lining devices in channel lining construction are studied with Jiping canal project. Some standards and methods for raw material and mixing ration of concrete in mechanized concrete lining construction, concrete mixing and transportation are proposed. The reason and control of cracks in mechanized lining concrete are also discussed in this paper.
