| In recent years,with the continuous development of traffic in our country,the design and construction of highway tunnel also had a considerable development.Achieved mechanized construction was the fundamental way to accelerate the construction of the tunnel,with the gradual changing toward mechanization of tunnel construction,a lot of new equipment and new technology brought out uninterrupted.Simultaneously,the development of mechanization that puts the construction technology and construction methods to a new height,and promoted further development of technical methods.At present,the commonly used method of tunnel construction was drilling and blasting method,shield method,tunnel boring machine method and so on,and supporting the corresponding large equipment such as use the wet-spraying supporting construction.The domestic mechanized construction of tunnel construction method had a development process which was from the construction method of drilling and blasting for small devices to large trackless transport equipment,and then turned to the non-drilling and blasting method,had gone through three stages,and some construction work mechanization gradually took supporting the development of comprehensive mechanization.This paper was based on the excavation and supporting construction of the Hongkong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge Zhuhai cable about third bid section called Nam Wan Tunnel,using comparative analysis methods to compared the conventional construction machinery to equipment construction machinery,according to the full section excavation method of highway tunnel,research the development of mechanization and the equipment construction machinery.In addition,compared with the traditional mining methods and the New Austrian Tunneling Methods(NATM),the NATM had advantages in terms of construction quality,cost,schedule,safety and construction environment. |
