| In this paper, combined with asphalt pavement of "ShiMan" expressway project in Hubei, the mechanization of the asphalt pavement construction quality control are researched and discussed. The study has greater relevance and usefulness. Conclusion of the study has a certain value.This paper began with the design ideas of graded asphalt mixture, and the asphalt mixture of raw materials source control. Excel for asphalt mixture grading method is improved. And put forward: Through the re-screening method of materials, the variability of raw materials caused by the different equipment and screening can be controlled, and the segregation of raw materials and mixture level with the volatility can be reduced.The measurement systems of the asphalt mixing equipment calibration method, and analysis of the factors affecting the accuracy of calibration are studied in this paper. A set of calibration method is put forward, which include the static calibration of scales asphalt, aggregate scales and scales powder, cold hopper flow, hopper doors calibration, and control the process of mixing mixture of graded variation and segregation well. By the cold, hot hopper local improvement, these phenomena such as be expected, the excess material and mixing of the mixing equipment can be reduced, production quality and efficiency of the mixing equipment are improved.Through the phenomenon of Segregation in the process of paving and transport, that choosing the reasonable work parameters of paver, using the correct method of setting benchmarks paver, paving equipment and the legitimate of mixing equipment supporting can minimize the mix of isolation and temperature isolation; improve the road paving formation degrees. In addition, the paver spiral-feeder parameters have great isolation influence on the work of the mixture, when feeder spiral at work, speed should be below 90 r/min, and materials should be higher than the spiral leaves, feeder spiral can play at the secondary role of mixing, reduced mixture of temperature and the degree of segregation. The impact of mixture segregation by the structure of spiral-feeder is analyzed, the improvement programme of feeder spiral is also proposed.Finally, combined with the SMA mixture compaction project in"shiman"expressway. A different compaction of the comparative is tested, and the best rolling programme is proposed. The oscillation and the vibration mode on the degree of compaction are analyzed, and the impact of the asphalt pavement compaction segregation factors and the compaction quality control methods are researched. |
