Our country automobile industry and the transportation shipping industry boomed, with the fast development of national economy. It results in that traffic accidents occur frequently, which not only threatens people's lives safety but also brings much inconvenience to the management of the roads traffic. In accidents, the collision accident is the most serious one. Therefore it is urgent for people to study collision accident comprehensively and systematically. This paper regards vehicle as research object, bases on suppositions and reasonable classification of the collision accident. In the paper, relevant mechanics theories such as energy theorem, the law of momentum conservation, momentum theorem and so on are applied to establish respective collision models for different collision types and discuss the velocities before and after collisions.Based on dynamic analysis of moving vehicles, a typical trajectory model was established in this paper. Applies kinetics theories and reasonable assumption to reconstruct the vehicle movement process after collision. According to the typical traffic accident, reconstruct vehicle orbits and figure out the velocities. And the paper offers a package of software regarding movement simulation after vehicle collision which make use of Visual Basic 6.0. Selecting collision type and inputting the related parameter in the VB form, then the speed is obtained by clicking the command button, the computed result is preserved and revised and showed conveniently, raising the efficiency of the speed technical evaluation and shortening the time of dealing with traffic accident. Finally, an example of the two cars collide is enumerated, and it confirmed the usability and accuracy of VB procedure.
