Today it becomes one of very urgent problems to reduce fuel consumption and exhaust gases from vehicles for energy saving and environmental protection. It's a question for discussion that the kinetic energy be lost as heat during vehicle braking might be received and used.The constant pressure system is a new type of the hydrostatic drive system developed in recent years. It not only gains energy from the system efficiently, but also recovers the kinetic and potential energy from moving bodies and reuse it. the system-efficiency can be raised remarkably, it can also reduce accelerated time, ,the exhaust gases and improve fuel economy. Pump/motor, accumulation and flywheel are used to transform and store energy, The residuary kinetic after the vehicle braking transits hydrostatic energy, then hydrostatic energy transits kinetic of flywheel which can be reused in acceleration or upgrade. Pump/motor works as pump, the accumulation and the high-speed flywheel reclaim the kinetic energy when the vehicle in speed-down state. Pump/motor works as motor, the accumulation and the high-speed flywheel provide power for the vehicle when the vehicle in accumulation state. The main function of the accumulation is to level off pressure and eliminate undulation of the system.The main content includes:1. The model of system is brought forward according to the actuality of research, analyzing the working principle,bringing forward the controlling strategy and deducting the expressions of the liquid in loop.2. The main parameters of components are confirmed. Simulation on parameters of pump/motor, accumulation and flywheel with Matlab.3. Simulation on the system with Matlab and Simulink. The block diagram of control is designed, analyzing the stability of system with Lawes and bode and the fuel consumption.The low oil consumption and low gases exhaust of vehicle are achieved by using of technology about hydraulic pressure, transmission and control. And the motive capability effectively is raised. The theory of the system, parameter of the main assembles and the simulation of the system were elaborated in the thesis. It will bring extremely high economic and social benefits.
