With the increase of bridge span, it is of crucial importance to decrease the deadweight of the superstructure. The prestressed composite box-girder with corrugated steel webs is a kind of new type structure, which makes use of the material characteristics of concrete and corrugated steel webs. It can reduce the workload of bridge construction effectively.Through referring related documents and analysis of builded bridges home and abroad, this dissertation makes anslysis on design of whole bridge on the basis of design theory for general box-girder, and combined with the design of Long-March bridge. There makes a special research on shear connecter which connecte corrugated steel webs with concrete board up and down. Design method of shear connecter is discussed. Though running after the Long-March's building, itemizing every stag of the PC composite box-girder with the corrugated steel webs in detail and checkouting the design and pointing out the disfigurement in building which must be paied attention to.Long-March bridge's finite element model is established on the basis of all above. FEM is used for analysis the change of interal force under the self-weight, prestress and experimental load. Experiment of completed project is holded on the spot after building. The result of experiment and the analysis of FEM point out the up concrete board of box-girder with the corrugated steel webs has shear lag in different degree just like ordinary box-girder. In this structure, corrugated steel webs withstand the major part of shear force. The shear stress is smaller on the juncture of concrete combined with corrugated steel webs and invariable in the middle part of web. The maximum shear stress does not apper on the position of support , this is very advantageous for anti-shear capacity to the structure. Furthermore, the finite element result demonstrates that the steress of external prestress and transverse boards seldom changes under experimental loads. This lengthens the structure fatigue life.Through analysis and study on the prestressed concrete box-girder bridge with corrugated steel webs, prove that the method can be used for bridge design , and support for promoting the extensive research and build the kind of bridge on our country.
