As composite materials is widely used in aircraft structure design,the stability of composite plate and shell structure, becomes a major topic in the field of aircraft structure. With the emergence of composite corrugated web beam and application in the aircraft structure, research on its stable perfor mance is urgently in need for further development. For now, the related literature and experiment are relatively scarce. Therefore, based on the finite element software AB AQUS, this article will analyze on the stability of composite corrugated web beam.First of all, basic concepts about buckling and the whole progress of finite element modeling are introduced, the specific calculation method and progress of buckling analysis are explained to lay a theoretical basis and make a good preparation. Second, by the eigenvalue buckling analysis, general form of buckling structure is gotten to provide initial defects for the nonlin ear analysis. Based on the first mode buckling factor and the mass,the influence of geometric parameters for the buckling is calculated.Then, nonlinear buckling is analyzed, with the strong nonlinear processing ability through ABAQUS software, the whole process of the deformation under external load is mastered, the precise equilibrium path is traced using Riks method, the buckling mode and buckling critical load are received,the range of load and displacement are also analyzed. At the same time, post-buckling capacity of the structure is predicted using the theory of tension field beam to make the most of mechanical properties. Finally, compared with the experimental data, images in reference manual, the reliability of the corrugated web beam buckling analysis is verified.In this paper, through the analysis on the stability of the composite corrugated web beam,The basic process and the basic principle of finite element method are introduced, geometric parameter sensitivity and the critical buckling load are mastered, the general buckling form of the structure is understood, and the results are consistent with the experiments.In general,a complete buckling analysis of composite corrugated web beam with finite element method is present which will provide a certain reference for its application in engineering.
