Design And Manufacture Of The Laboratory Device For Central Air-conditioning System

The thesis based on"Design and Research of Central Air-conditioning System for Experiments"put forward an experiment equipment system that made Central Air-conditioning system centralized in the premise of maintaining the large system's authenticity and integrality. Different from Simulating System of Central Air-conditioning, this system provides a true experimental platform for studying and researching Central Air-conditioning. This project has been finished the setting up and debugging of the experiment equipment system.The experiment equipment has four major components that is Chilled-water Refrigeration System, cooling water system, chilled water system, supply and return duct systems. The thesis introduced the process of rebuilding Chilled-water Refrigeration System, designing and choosing of other parts such as condenser, evaporator, testing system, cooling tower and pumps in detail through reasonable analysis and calculation. At the same time, in this thesis the author discussed how to improve this experiment equipment in the next step, and the project development direction is identified by this way.Central Air-conditioning system centralized for experiments overcomes distortion when measured in Simulation System of Central Air-conditioning, and parameters measure is more convenience in this system than in the large Central Air-conditioning system. The author rebuilt the old idle refrigeration units and reused it after assessing its performance objectively and reasonably. Furthermore, the experiment equipment can make air in the laboratory cooled, so it made resources used appropriately.This system circulated as that we required after debugging and testing, so it can be as an experimental platform for studying Central Air-conditioning's capability, and it made the operation of Central Air-conditioning and scientific research combined organically. The experiment agrees with times'required, and has certain guidance for large Central Air-conditioning system.
