Based on the operation characteristic and working condition of the power-plant recirculated cooling water system, "the Power-plant Recirculated Cooling Water System Simulating Test-bed" was designed and manufactured. Depended on the scale growth mechanism in power-plant condenser tube, the theoretical analysis and experiment about scale prevention by fule gas were studied. In the thesis, the process of condenser experimental study about scale prevention was described in detail."The Power-plant Recirculated Cooling Water System Simulating Test-bed " contains four major systems, which are the coagulate and heat transfer system, the cooling and catchment system, the supplement and blowdown system and the circulation pipeline system. And it was made up of the constant temperature water bath box, the cooling tower, the circulation water tank, the supplement water tank and some other big equipment. Through analysis and simulation certain Inner Mongolian power plant recirculated cooling water system, the system parameter design calculation, the equipment manufacture, installation and debugging were depicted in detail in the thesis. The debugging experiment indicated that the test-bed system parameter was operated accurately and normally and the system equipment was designed reasonably. The tese-bed conforms to simulation requirement in laboratory.The growth and accumulation process of scale on condenser tube and scale prevention by fule gas were studied and discussed. In the growth period of scale, the formation of scale was prevented effectively through change recirculated cooling water water quality by import in some flue gas. At the same time, the experimental study about condenser scale prevention was carried on fruitfully in virtue of this test-bed. The testing datas revealed that the scale prevention experiment by flue gas has agreed similar parameter change tendency with the medicament. The experiment effect on scale prevention by flue gas has take on obvious superiority after the intersection was came forth about the two scale prevention system's parameter change when the experiment was operated period of time.The result indicated that, under the certain condition, the scheme of scale prevention by flue gas has serviceability and feasibility strongly.
