It is very important to improve structural design and performance improvement of the novel two-stroke Micro Free-Piston Swing Engine(MFPSE) of numerical simulation calculation and dynamic simulation of its working process. In the thesis, according to the principle of the internal-combustion engine, theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and dynamic simulation to the entire working process of the novel two-stroke MFPSE are finished. The groundwork of the thesis reflects in several following respects.1. Setting up the physical models and mathematics models of the novel two-stroke MFPSE.2. Finishing numerical simulation calculation to its working process, by utilizing visual programming language Matlab software, the performance characteristics of internal-combustion engines are calculated out accurately, such as specific fuel consumption level and output power of the MFPSE, etc. moreover, these parameters of temperature and pressure as well as accumulating sending out heat rate, etc. are also solved. Through analyzing about the structure parameters and the results of calculation, the main parameters of influencing MFPSE performance are found out, thus the blindness designed is reduced.3. Having explained in detail that using Pro/E and ADAMS software to carry on the creating method of the three-dimensional simulation model.4. Setting-up, solving of the kinematics equation and kinematics simulation analysis.5. Setting-up, solving of the dynamics equation and dynamics simulation analysis.6. Setting-up, solving of the vibration equation and the vibration simulation analysis of the complete machine.7. According to simulation analysis result, the improvement scheme based on the theory analysis is put forward, and the rationality of the improved scheme is proved, thus the theoretical basis for the whole structural optimization design and performance improvement of the novel two-stroke MFPSE is offered.The researches of the thesis have done efficient work in the numerical...
