Flexible Multi-body Systems (FMBS) consist of rigid bodies and flexible bodies, its was used in many producing fields in people's life. Due to the development of high speed machinery, robots and aerospace structures, the research of FMBS undergoing gross motion and elastic deformation is getting more and more important.The Major content is with the finite element analysis software ANSYS and simulation software ADAMS their respective advantages to take a flexible dynamics simulation analysis and research to the micro-structure of the engine. Specially the paper carry out the appropriate and rational analysis to the stability of the system.Based on in the modality method of superposition and the structure dynamics restraint modality synthesis method, has established the dynamic equation using the belt while child's Lagrange equation, has provided the rationale for the hard and soft coupling analysis. Explained from mathematics angle"obtains the ADAMS flexible body matrix by the ANSYS modal analysis"rationality. Carries on the modality analysis to it, obtains the natural frequency from the analysis result which the center suspends and inspires. Its first step natural frequency is 14394Hz, is bigger than the operating frequency far, can effective avoid the resonance region. Carries on the simplification to the model, and enhances the unit the precision. The optimized neutral document enhanced the ADAMS simulation speed.
