The speedup of the train is one of the main trends. Train as a kind of traffic, not only require high speed, high safety, but also high comfortable. So testing comfort of the train is necessary.This research analyzed the development of the train and the virtual instrument, compared with the traditional instrument, virtual instrument merit factors include lower cost of exploitation and maintenance, shorter period of technical update, more flexibility and so on. Software plays a key role in the instrument, and it keeps synchronizing with computer technology. So we take the virtual instrument as an examination platform of evaluating comfort of the train.This article introduces an analysis system about comfort by train based on virtual instrument. This analysis system uses G language (LabVIEW7.0) as software platform, composed of sensor with circuit, data acquisition, signal analysis(time domain analysis,frequency domain analysis)and comfort grade evaluating, with the function of data acquisition, data storage and data analysis, and has friendly interface.Though amplifying circuits and filter circuits, board USB9233 acquires acceleration signal and noises-signal. The tool of the program is LabVIEW7.0. we can save all signals and analyze the acceleration-signal in time domain and frequency domain and weight the data in l80Hz, and count the value of the direction-comfort, integration comfort and the grade. And A-weighting analysis in Sound and Vibration toolkit are used for noises-signal. We can calculate the LAeq of the sound, and then evaluate the grade. Board DAQpad-6020E acquires temperature signal, humidity signal and CO2 signal. For expression more intuitionistic, evaluation of temperature, humidity and CO2 divide into five grade. and through analytical method we can evaluate the grade.
